These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the Athios platform and services. By accessing or using Athios, you agree to be legally bound by the following terms:
1. No Guarantee of Deals
Athios does not guarantee any specific number or quality of advertising opportunities. Access to the platform does not constitute a guarantee of income.
2. Payment and Taxes
Payments are subject to brand fulfillment and are disbursed only after Athios receives funds. Athletes are paid within 5 business days of Athios receiving funds from the brand. You are responsible for any taxes related to income earned through Athios.
3. Limitation of Liability
Athios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to you in the 6 months prior to the claim.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Athios, its affiliates, and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to violations of third-party rights or NIL regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All Athios platform content, including logos, designs, software, and text, is the property of Athios and may not be reproduced or used without our written consent.
6. Governing Law
These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
